Environmental Ambassadors represent a unique non-profit and non-governmental organization from the Balkan region that has been given a consultative status by the UN (it is an associate member of CONGO - Conference of NGO and accredited in UNEP – UN Environmental Programme). It is accredited in EBRD for sustainable development and environmental issues. It is also an Institutional Member of the International Ecotourism Society (TIES) and a National NGO focal point in SAICAM (Strategic Approach to International Conference on Chemicals Management) as well as a member of the Network of Women Ministers and Leaders for the Environment and a member of the National Committee for Social Corporate Responsibility. Participate in EC Environment Forum.

On a local, regional and global level, the organization «Environmental Ambassadors» is involved in various activities, being 'the voice' of South Eastern Europe.

«Environmental Ambassadors» is the Balkan regional coordinator of the BELLS Movement.

3.Energy and environmental security,
4.Corporate environmental diplomacy and responsibility
5.Capacity building, education and training for public administration, businesses and NGOs focused on environmental governance and policy implementation, implementation of environmental legislation, EU directives, waste management, public participation, lobbying
6.Development of environmental communication skills and strategies
